Make exercise non-negotiable. Plan for it just like anything else you do on a daily basis. No excuses!

Work out in the morning to stay energized throughout the day. Besides, you won't have to worry about fitting it in later. If the mornings don'tt work, anytime that you can fit in exercise is the best time.
5. Log Your Activity;
Keep track of your activity to monitor your progress. You’ll feel great when you realize how far you’ve come!

Whether it’s a good night’s sleep, thinking more clearly, having more energy, feeling stronger, and many others; progress is success.
7. Reward Yourself;
Decide on a goal and a reward, and work toward it!
